Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I think it would be a great opportunity to play at the college level. I look forward to improving my skills and meeting new people as well. I think playing a college sport is going to be a lot of hard work and determination but I love the game and will do my best in everything I do.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

When I'm on the field I try to do my best to keep everyone positive and let them know that it's okay to make mistakes and they shouldn't dwell on them, they should get back up and try even harder to be better. Off the field I am apart of Senior Leadership Team at my school, I have been class president for the past four years at my school, and I am part of a medley service club and liturgy committee at my school. Outside of school I volunteer at our local hospital 4 days a week and I am a member of Teen Trust, Mother Moon, and Top Teen.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student athlete it is very important to me that I remain healthy not only in season but off season too. I try my best to eat healthy foods and work out everyday. I do what I can whenever I can while juggling school, work, and other commitments.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
