Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I think I still have a lot of untapped potential as a runner, and I want to participate against the best college athletes out there to see how good I can be.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been a Captain of the GCHS cross country team for the past two seasons and I try to lead by example by supporting and cheering on all my teammates equally.

At school, I have spoken to elementary and middle school kids about the responsibilities of being a student-athlete and a good teammate.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I have made friendships with many of my competitors and encourage them to run their best even when I am competing against them.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have participated in numerous fundraising and awareness events for Luke's Lollies to help fight Neuroblastoma and other childhood cancers. This is important to me because Luke Rosato was a good friend of mine who passed away from Neuroblastoma and I miss him.
