Personal Highlights

I am a hard worker who loves playing all sports! I am very versatile on the field and can play multiple positions. On the court I have experience with both singles and doubles. Enjoy being part of a team and playing my role in it's success.

I Iike: Math, Ceramics, Soccer and Tennis. All outdoor activities.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

My vision for my future involvement to my community would involve working with kids in sports and church. Volunteering for coaching soccer and tennis, working camps and clinics. I also envision myself involved in my church activities as well.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I consider healthy athletic performance to consist of hard work in training, hustle, concentration and team support during the game/meet and always display good sportmanship whether you win or lose. Additionally, training should be all natural, no use of drugs or other illegal methods. Putting the game in perspective with the rest of your life and the hardships you and other people encounter everyday I also consider to be a healthy approach to performance. Most of us will never play our sport professionally so the effort we place on education while competing in a sport we love should always be number one. Teamwork and leadership gained in sports will carry over into any occupation we choose to pursue in the future.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in my church youth group and have volunteered for various summer scripture camps and mission trips. At school I am an officer for FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) as well as a member of the Key Club.
