Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

To further my career, to continue to work on the things I have already worked so hard for. To obtain a great education while doing something that I love to do.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Always staying positive, lifting people up. Whether it be my teammates while we are on the field or someone I am spending time with while I am volunteering. People need to surround themselves with positive people & positive influences. Always lift people up, never knock them down.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Take advantage of the team practice sessions that are available. Attend weekly personal pitching and batting lessons & monthly conditioning courses. Pitch daily a set amount of practice pitches to get my accuracy and speed to its potential. Take conditioning seriously, work on my speed, agility & core.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Time spent donating good and cooking meals for families at the Ronald McDonald House in Fort Worth, Texas. Collecting and organizing donated items for Toys For Tots along with the Marine Corp. Helped coach & cheer on participants in the Greater DFW Special Olympics Softball Tournament. Also, provide time & services to Cherokee Rose Nursing & Rehab Center in Glen Rose, Texas.
