Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

To me, the game of baseball is the most important thing in the world. I love it more than anything else. In college, I believe that I will be able to compete at any level in the game. Also, I am a well-driven individual that will keep good grades in the academics while participating in baseball.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

During baseball, I have demonstrated leadership by being the team captain on my JV baseball team. I lead them in stretches, and kept my teammates in check as practice, or the game went on. Off the field, I am in my school's National Honor Society. I lead by example by getting good grades, being a respectful student, and keeping others out of trouble.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
