Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Since i was young i've planned on pursuing collegiate athletics, i want to serve others and perform my best for Gods glory.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

A former rowing coxswain i help my boat down river and lead them to make sure they are doing their best, now as a junior being a track captain and leading in that capacity is my number one priority.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I always make sure that academics come first, when I have double practices on school days I make sure my work is done before I think about planning for the mornings practice.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

i serve at a national youth outreach program called Young Life, over the summer i spent hundreds of hours helping kids find Jesus through work that goes unnoticed, like cleaning bathrooms and taking out trash.
