8th GRADE YEAR
|Hand||Bench Press (max)||Wingspan||Vertical jump|
Track and Field was not just a sport to me it had become one of my passion for me ever since my 7th grade year in middle school. After loosing a relatively close family member that supported my career when i was in troubled times, track was not only something i loved to do but it became something i knew i wanted to pursue in life. Track and Field has been an escape for me, from growing up with a single bi-polar mother, from overcoming abuse, and being in a small town my whole life, I see my self doing bigger and better things to prove to myself and everyone else no matter what obstacles life puts you through you can create a better future for yourself if you push through and work hard for it.
Being a leader of the field means taking action, wether its academically, or in your community it means making a difference. I am currently involved in junior senate i help with planning school activities, and events to make our school a brighter place. I also do work in the community, i have an autistic cousin which I take care of I go to his school and do things with the class he in.
The way i pursue a "healthy athletic performance" is by balancing what i cooperate in my life. I balance my school work and workout plans i make sure everything in the class room is taken care of before i step out on the track. I make sure my diet is good and that i eat three meals a day, along with staying hydrated and getting enough sleep.
