Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to play basketball in college, because it is a stairway to the next level, which is the NBA. I fell in love with the game and playing in college would provide good challenges and opportunities to lead at one of the highest levels.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field, I was a captain for a rec basketball team that did not have experienced players just there to have fun. It was enjoyable because I can show them how to play the game and see them improve, as well as lead them to the finals of the league we were in, by the end of the season, many of them improved on their own or with help from each other, and I was glad to help everyone around me improve.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
