Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

My dream, my goal is to be in the NBA. But I want to get a degree as well. Maybe in sports medicine/therapy or broadcast journalism. Playing ball in college would be a great achievement while I pursue my degree. It would be incredible for my mom to watch me play for a great college!

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Both on and off the field I always try to be a leader, someone my team can respect. I try to live a life that demonstrates to others how a man should behave. Good morals, being respectful and kind, yet strong and confident.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Besides my daily workout routine and eating healthy, I pride myself on my good grades, being able to spend time with my family, and still being a strong player. When I'm playing and something goes wrong, I handle it like a man. When I make a great shot I never talk smack and make the other players feel bad. All of this combined is how I pursue a healthy athletic performance.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I complete 50 service hours during the school year, helping out at church fundraisers, serving the elderly at church dinners, assisting the elementary school basketball coach and cleaning areas of my community. All of this is important to me because I know how important it is to others. I like helping people.
