Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to pursue a great education to be an athletic director, while playing the sport I love.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field, I have been the captain of the High School team along with my club team for the past two years, I also lead the warm ups. I get the kids together outside of our regular practices to practice.

Off the field, when a classmate is struggling I help them. I have been asked by a teacher to tutor another student.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I try to be smart in the classroom, so I can be smart on the field. (GPA 4.0).

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I participate in the community by serving at the food truck at our church. My family and I get there early and set up to cook a meal for the people who come. We then unload the truck and pass out food. I like to see how happy they are and the look in the eyes of the kids.
