Baseball Additional

I have been working on being a pitcher since I started playing baseball at the age of 5. I also have been playing Centerfield since the age of 11. Which I feel has made me into an all around defender in the OF. I have a lot of range and have thrown many guys out in key situations over the past several years to help my teams win!

On the mound my pitching fastball Velocity has been between 84-89 MPH from October - January 2019 and I have touched 90 as well on a Jugs Radar gun pitching off an indoor mound at Rhino Baseball my travel teams facility. I also have added a slider this offseason that is between 71-77 MPH, also a curve that is 65 - 70 mph, my Changeup is 72- 76 mph, and two seam is 84- 88 mph.

I also ran a 6.73 60 Yard Dash at Cangelosi College Development Camp and my current exit velocity is anywhere from 87- 92 MPH of a tee.

I have a very consistent training schedule that has been the key to my success and gains as a ball player. I train 6 days a week lifting weights 5 days as well.
I take pride in my hard work ethic and here is my winter training schedule

Monday Squats at School and Sprints then Throwing Velocity training at home with my father, Tuesdays Upper Body and sprints at school then hitting drills starting with Overload/Underload Exit Velo training mixed in with med balls that are also used for pitching mechanical work in my lower half, Wed just some arm care stuff then working on hitting spots with different pitches at 75-85% velocity along with Deadlifts and core stuff at school, Thursdays Yoga at school then Rhino Baseball Training with my team then a hitting lesson afterwards with my hitting instructor Jeff Stanek, Fridays no lifting at school so I usually go up to Rhino baseball and work out with my father with hitting drills, Live BP, and then do longtoss along with fielding or a bullpen afterwards . Really depending on if I throw during Thursdays practice. Saturday I do Olympic lifts, Sundays is my full rest day or if I missed something during the week I will do it then.

Every single day that I throw I do a very consistent arm care program as well that I have done since I was 13 years old.

Personal Highlights

Currently undefeated in my HS career. Was the second leading hitter on my travel team last year while playing a very tough schedule mostly against 17u Elite competition at 16U all over the country.

Also was invited to play with a very good Naperville Renegades American 16U team this past fall and played in some very competitive tournaments in Kernels Iowa and Fort Myers Florida. Which was a great experience for me!

At the Cangelosi College Development camp this fall I ended up having the top pitching Velocity out of all pitchers that attended the camp from HS Freshman - Junior College Sophmores.
