Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I am currently a four sport athlete and it is such a big part of my life. I strive to work hard to maintain my grades and training and I would like to continue that into my college experience. My dad played college hockey and was one of the most rewarding times in his life and I would like that experience for myself.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was chosen by my teammates to be the team captain for three years on my hockey team. I work hard to stay in shape and make good decisions in my everyday life.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I believe healthy diet, plenty of sleep, continuous training allows me to performance at my best .

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I attend a Christian school and with that comes prayer and daily worship. Our school requires 20 hours of community service each year for a total of 80 hours. This has definitely opened my eyes to how helping a little can go a long way.
