Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love being a part of a team and I want to swim for a team that is competitive in their conference. I would like to contribute all that I can and help my team achieve success.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

As the goalie of my water polo team it is my job to lead the team. In order to be respected by my team mates I have to set an example not only in the pool but out of the pool as well. I try to always be positive and a good example to my team mates.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a volunteer swim coach for the Hanford Piranhas working with kids ages 5 and up. I am also a volunteer at the local animal shelter.
