Freshmen Defender, varsity, starting, HOSA active member, and a well rounded student and athlete.
I want to be recruited to play sports in college because I feel I have the heart and commitment. Most people tend to look at students who are only great athletes but I am not only a great athlete I am also a loving daughter, excellent student, a giver to those in need, and a religious person. I feel these attributes give me the heart and spirt to be an excellent college athlete.
As a student athlete, it's hard to balance a heathy diet with all the the things we're involved in. I practice a healthy diet by eating a balance of meat, vegetables, and carbohydrates and drinking only water and tea this helps me have the necessary energy to excel in my sport. I also maintain a good running and skill set in my sport by practicing everyday. Furthermore, a healthy mind is key. I practice a healthy mindset by doing brain teasers and other exercises on my brain.
