Sports have impacted my life in a great way. The exhilaration I get from running and being on the track, is one of the best feelings I have ever felt. I want to prove to college coaches that I am worth being a part of their track team.
The way I pursue a healthy athletic performance is by drinking plenty of water, eating all the right foods, and if I get injured, let my coaches know right away.
