Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I am competitive in nature. I love the structure and outlet football ads to my life and I think playing at the collegiate level would allow me to continue to grow as an athlete and person.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a leader on and off the field by inspiring my teammates to push themselves during the season and to continue training in the off-season. Many of my teammates have asked me to teach them how to train in order to develop their strength and flexibility. Outside of football, I am a leader as a counselor for Bedford Hills Day Camp. I take this job very seriously and realized very quickly that my 5th grade boys look to me as a role model and leader.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student athlete I realize that pursuing a healthy athletic performance is more than just working out and eating right. It's also in how you live your day to day life. For instance, academics is just as important as stretching before a workout. It strengthens my mind which allows me to have better reads as an outside linebacker. A healthy athletic performance is being a well rounded person who takes care of their body, mind and spirit.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I proudly serve my community as a volunteer fireman for the Katonah Fire Department. This service is important to me because it gives me an opportunity to help my community and learn important life saving skills.
