I love running. I would like to be able to run in college as it provides me with joy to accomplish my set goals. Running has shaped my character and my mindset in every day life.
I maintain a strict regime of finishing school work, while also helping those around me and encouraging my teammates, friends and family .
I pursue the best performance in my running with hydration, stretching, icing, heating, rolling out and anything else on hand that I can do to help my body recover as much as possible.
I am currently enrolled in a group related to the Rotary club which is called Interact.
In Interact, we help plan social events such as cookouts, 5ks in our city, Berea. And so on. These activities are important to me as social gatherings help bring together family's and Friends. It helps build a stronger community with a common goal of strength in unity
