Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

This would give me an outlet, to stay from bad habits after high school, and to have a chance at a successful career

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been the captain of my travel teams and lead groups in my church

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I stay away from the bad athletes, such as the ones on drugs just to get better, and eat and drink healthy to keep feeling good. I also do a diet which gives all of my daily vitamins each day.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am in a church that my parents serve as the youth leaders, and I lead many parts of the youth group
