Jordan L. Bryant comes from a family of athletes. His dad was a D1 basketball player at UC Santa Barbara & Professional Basketball player with Esporte Clube Pinheiros in Sao Paulo Brazil. Mom was a Jr. Olympic level swimmer. Relatives include a 7-footer and Harlem Globetrotter. Jordan started dribbling at 18 months old, made the regulation shot at 3 years old and was professionally trained in his family’s basketball training company for many years and began dunking in middle school.
Jordan has evolved into an exceptionally mature student athlete with outstanding academic achievements with primarily Honors and AP classes. Most importantly he is an exceptional person of great character. He is a Christian, also excelled in Track and loves Math & Science. He intends to major in Business & Finance and currently is doing a real estate internship.
Notable past accomplishments include having the highest math scores of any incoming student in South Pasadena history where he attended elementary and middle school. He caused a rule change 4 years ago in South Pasadena to allow 6th graders to be allowed on junior high teams there in every sport after making early entry onto the basketball team. After moving to Sacramento and changing districts, he made such an impression with his middle school teachers that they emailed ahead to speak highly of him to his high school teachers and have traveled in groups to his games. He was also the first freshman on Varsity at Del Campo High School since NBA player Matt Barnes attended. He is currently captain of Varsity and is a strong leader and would be an asset to any team.
