Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have been playing basketball since the age of 5. I've always wanted to play at the "next" level. I set high goals for myself. I practice on my own, hours on end, with anyone who wants to play or just myself. I'm driven to succeed. Many coaches have commented to my parents that they enjoy having me because I am a very coachable kid with a high basketball IQ. "Face the odds of the unthinkable, if you train for the impossible then nothing is."

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
