I've played sports my entire life, growing up playing the game of football and now falling in love with the game of basketball and seeing myself progress and getting better is a blessing, and I want to continue to get better.
I try to go to the gym at two times a day, one early in the morning and the other in the afternoon. In the mornings, I love fruit so I would make me a fruit smoothie or I'll get a healthy breakfast in. I always carry a bottle of water with me at least two bottles of water to keep myself hydrated. After a long week of consistently being in the gym; getting shots up, conditioning or weightlifting, I like to get in the Hot tub and get in the sauna afterwards it relaxes my muscles so I'm not burning out so quickly when I lift or get shots up.
