Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I hope it will lead to a professional sports career and if not, I would love to have the experience of college athletics

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

For my last year of youth hockey I was selected as captain, and I helped lead my team to the Minnesota bantam B state tournament where we were consolation champions. As far as off the ice went I led warmups before every game and in the locker rooms and hotels I made sure nobody was too roudy, or wasting energy before games

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat relatively healthy, and I exercise every day

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
