Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

During my junior year of basketball, we hit a rough patch in the season. During a week that we had no games, we had some tough practices. While some saw it as punishment, I pointed out that this is our opportunity to turn the season around. I initiated a meeting as a team to talk about what we felt we needed to do better. The chemistry and flow of our team improved greatly afterwards.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in more than six school organizations that help not only the school, but the community as well. With board positions on four of them and president of Student Council, I have a lot of responsibility and drive to help make our school a better place.
