Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Becasue I love the game of lacrosse.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I've been President of my Class all four years of High School and have already been named Captain for my Senior Year in Field Hockey, Basketball and Lacrosse.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I stay active, try and eat right, stay up on my studies and try and play the games in a way that brings credit to my team, school and family.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in the Adaptive Lacrosse program, which I love. It gives me an opportunity to work with those that might develop a love for the game and might be less fortunate than me.
