Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to continue my golfing career at a level that is more competitive which is collegiate golf

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Off the field I was given $15 through school to spend. Instead I bought some ice cream and took it to a kid I knew who was battling through Cancer and Type 1 Diabetes. On the field whenever I see an opponent struggling I try to tell them positive things instead of not saying anything.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I perform a healthy athletic performance by putting my homework and studying first. I will never burn myself out on golf, nor put Golf in front of my school work.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

In school I'm involved in Key Club. The idea is for high school students to help out in their community and for the school (community service). My school's key club for the past few year's have been the top fundraising Key Club in the World. Out of school I volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. This is for someone like me who has Type 1 Diabetes. I have even got to go to Washington D.C. to pass a bill for Type 1 Diabetes. Both Key Club and JDRF are important to me is because theres a strong goal in each. And theres a positive effect on numerous people.
