Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Running is an extremely important part of my life, and I would like to run on a competitive team for as long as possible.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been a leader on the team by encouraging underclassman and middle schoolers to run with me. I have been a leader outside of the team by participating in student assembly.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I make sure to do all of my schoolwork, and I also stay away from illegal substances or performance enhancers.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I participate in my church's soup kitchen multiple times a year and I am a leader in my bible study group. This is important to me because my faith is a very big part of my life.
