Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Baseball defines part of who I am. I started playing when I was 5 years old. I have always been on a team, working on a team. I want to continue being apart of the baseball community and continue to work hard on a successful team.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a leader in the ROTC. I will be promoted to chief senior year. I work hard at helping and leading others as well as pushing myself to continue to be promoted in my platoon.
In baseball, I am the same way. I continue to lead my team by working hard and being an example of a dedicated athlete.
I am the first one to hustle out on the field, the first one to motivate and rally the team when we are losing and the first one to help when needed.
I am also involved for 3 years in the fresh air fund where I mentor children to create and foster a positive outlook in life and creating successful opportunities.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I work hard on and off the field. I am training every day whether it be strength training, agility or in the cages.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am in the Naval JROTc. It has taught me core values in which I live by; courage, honor and commitment. I strive to make an impact in my community and serve others. I have over 100 hours of community service. It is important to me of how I was raised and what I was taught in the ROTC to continue to be of service to others and continue to be an upstanding citizen.
