Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have continually taken my game to the next level and playing in college is the next step.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I demonstrate leadership by communicating with team mates. I will let my team mates know I am in a supporting position if they need me. I also demonstrate leadership giving a 100% and be the best team mate I can be.

Off the field I demonstrate leadership by volunteering in the community. As a leader in school I work to get good grades, as I am enrolled in the honors program. I am also involved in other activities such as band, track & field, and enrichment class.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Student-athletes is a two part system. The student has the job of achieving academic success by working hard and studying. I am enrolled in the gifted program and education is a very important part of my life. I enjoying learning and being challenged.

The athlete has the job of working on all aspects of the game. That includes strength, knowledge, and hard work. I attend all practice and games during the season. I attend lifting and off-season practices when available. I also participate in track to help build speed and strength outside the soccer field.

When you put the student and athlete together you get a healthy athletic performance on and off the field. I work hard as a soccer player and as a student. My grades make it possible for me to play and my hard work on the field makes me a good player. My goal is to always give a healthy athletic performance.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer as a youth coach at the YMCA in Sunbury, PA. I enjoy teaching 3 and 4 year old kids about soccer. Soccer has been an important part of my life and I want to share it with others.

I also became a referee in 2017, although I do it to make money, I also volunteer in the community and club as a referee when needed.
