Rowing Additional

I found my passion in rowing the year of 2013. I enjoyed the recreational rowing at California Yacht Club for two years until I was of age to row on the team in 2015. My novice year (2015-2016) I was in 9th grade. That year I really excelled at the Long Beach regattas, especially in the single. These are all the races in my single and what I placed my novice year (I could not find the times, but if I do I will add them).

Christmas Regatta: Single - 2nd place / ERG Sprints: 7:53.3 - 3rd place / President's Day Regatta: Single - 1st place / Cal Cup Regatta: Single - 1st place /
Junior Invitational Regatta: Single - 1st place

For my first year in varsity (2016-2017) when I was in 10th grade, I raced in women’s quads and doubles. When I was in the quad we got 1st place in Long Beach Invitational Regatta and Sacramento Southwest Regionals. From there we went to Sarasota, Florida Youth Nationals Championship where we placed 7th in the nation. It was a great experience to have with an amazing group of talented rowers.
