Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to continue my playing career at the next level. I left a team that I had been with for 8 years to become a better player. I now travel to a different city to play with a higher caliber team in an attempt to better myself in fielding and batting. I did this so that I could become a college softball player.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the middle school team I was the team leader. I lead the warm-up sessions, team huddles, and prayer before each of the middle school games in each of the 2016 and 2017 seasons.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
