Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Tennis has always been something I cared the most about in life. I would love to carry that on into college and hopefully have a career revolving around the sport such as marketing and/or coaching on the side.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I always display myself with proper etiquette and the highest respect for my teammates on the court. Off the court, I volunteer endlessly in my school and community. I am a member of Best Buddies international where I communicate and bond with students of special needs, in addition to providing services to my environment and community with clean-ups regularly, and raising funds/donating goods regularly to those in need. Moreover, my team and I have also organized this season a car wash where we had collected around $600 to donate to Hurricane Harvey relief.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
