Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love playing lacrosse! I actually love all sports and I currently play varsity soccer, varsity basketball and varsity lacrosse. I am passionate about always doing my best and competing at a level that is intense. I want to play in college because I cannot imagine my life without lacrosse in it and my teammates are my greatest friends and inspiration.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was captain for JV soccer, JV basketball and JV lacrosse. I am passionate about acting as a good role model and setting a high standard to follow. I also feel it is important to develop team spirit and set goals together. This is done on and off the field by working together to raise money for good causes or doing fun things together to develop relationships and bonding.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I have a solid GPA and take school and athletic performance seriously. I know it is important to take care of body and mind so I eat healthy and always try my best to get enough sleep. you cannot perform well at anything unless you take care of yourself all around.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

My teams often contribute to many different charities by raising money and donating time. I am always involved in these activities. This is an important part of being a good person and valuing what you have and being able to give back.
