Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

An athlete is supposed to show leadership and motivate others to do their best. On the field I will always give it my 110% no matter what. In the weight room, I will always try to do more than what everyone is doing to show that if I can do it, you can do it. I will motivate the team on the field to push themselves. Off the field I will tell people passing by "Great Job" or "Looking forward to seeing you on the field", etc.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

In the community, I will go out and give my time to the City of Temple, Texas by volunteering with kids at Camp Heatwave. The camp is totally fun and amazing. The staff plan games that are both educating and athletic. The staff will even join in and play with the kids.
