Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited so that I can continue to improve my swimming at a collegiate level. Being part of my highschool team has given me a support system and I want to have that in college.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

As a sophomore I was awarded the most dedicated on the team and I strive to help my teammates to make the team the best it can be. Out of the water I take initiative in my classes and help lead my churches teen youth group

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student athlete I go to practice at least 5 times a week to keep up my fitness level and during off season I pursue fitness with dry land and twice a day practice to stay in shape, keeping myself mentally strong by going to sleep early and eating good food is important to me.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I regularly volunteer with my church and with events at my school
