Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

It's been a dream to compete in college and bring my capabilities to the next level. Being a part of a team is a huge part of my life and I cant imagine my life without sports. I love the sport of lacrosse as much as anything in the world, and I want to go on to represent an organization in the collegiate level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been a team captain. On my lacrosse teams both school and club for the past 3 years. Helping teammates in practice and in games and leading on both defense and offense. Oldest of 4 kids and help lead my siblings through life and what is brings on. Leader in my FCA program in school and help spread God's word through sports.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am involved in 6A varsity football (wide receiver and tight end) , power lifting, and track along with lacrosse. I pursue training for excellence practicing sports around 15 hours per week

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a member of the Boy Scouts of America troop 990, currently life scout and going for eagle by may 2018. Created a non profit fiddle-stick lacrosse tournament in 6th grade to raise money for cancer research. Now officially a licensed non profit which has raised over $30,000 towards cancer research. Youth group member at university Presbyterian church, engage in mission trips around Texas and Mexico. Member of the national Honor society. Member of national high school honor society.
