Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Honestly its been a dream of mine to play sports in college. Ever since I was in 6th grade I realised I wanted to start doing these things seriously. I have a real passion for sports and love it. Ive had a lot of suppirt of parents and coaches and I feel if I try my hardest I may be able to make a college team one day.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I have demonstrated leadership by the way I have controlled my teammates in play situations. Whether it was the infield while I was catching or the outfielders while I'm in center I would tell them what to do based off what I saw from my point of view and they trusted me enough to listen. Off the field I show leadership at home. I help my single mom take care of two girls the best I can and help around the house.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue healthy athletic performance as a stufent athlete by working on my athletic abilities but also focusing on the way I take care of my body and mind. I work on my abilities off the field, I make sure I stay healthy and fit even in the off season, and I make sure that I focus on my school work when needed.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have been involved in my community for a while. When I was younger I would help in a canned food drive and that lasted for about 5 years. I would also help younger children with their sports since I was more experienced by about 3 or 4 years. In middle school I was in NJHS and helped the community with events during then and I hope to make NHS in sophomore year to help my community more.
