Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I feel I have a lot to offer a team as a player in talent and leadership ability. I have always been the captain of my team and led by example. I feel it is important to give at much at practice as I do during the games. I stay focused during practice and encourage my teammates to do the same. I am a coachable player and can take those coachable directions and apply them to my game. I strive to always be better, to be a competitor and to be a leader. I have also had the ability to manage my time between studying and practice. I have always been on the honor roll while playing both school and travel sports. I AM a true student-athlete and feel I would be an asset to any team. Any coach that I have ever played for will tell you I am a determined young man and will do whatever needs to be done to succeed.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Bullying is an epidemic in schools and on courts/fields throughout the country. I am a Star Champion representative with Champions Against Bullying, a non-profit organization that promotes awareness to the epidemic of bullying. I assist the CAB organization in promoting awareness thru social media, on-camera hosting, attending anti-bullying student workshops and charity awareness events. I have been working with CAB for the last three years. I began working with CAB as an actor representative, but have transitioned to an athlete representative in high school.

This organization is important to me because it helps promote inclusion of students and athletes. As a student-athlete, it allows me to be a role model both in the classroom and on the field. I lead by example and stand up for those who will or cannot stand up for themselves.
