Nathan is pursuing a well-balanced school to major in Marine Biology, that challenges him both academically and athletically. Nate is also searching for a close-knit soccer team, "family," to play with during his time as a student-athlete.
I want to be recruited to play college sports, because I truly love every aspect of playing soccer! I cherish being part of a team that treats each other like family. I continually want to strive to learn, to be part part of a team environment, and do more in the soccer world. There is a lot more I can discover about both myself and people in general by being on a team.
I pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete by eating balanced meals with emphasis in protein for recovery days, drinking plenty of water, working and strengthening my body in the gym and on the track both distance and sprints, working on my soccer touch and techniques on the field, and making sure I get plenty of sleep every night.
My role in my community is very important to me and my whole family. My parents are always instilling the importance in volunteering and helping others. They not only tell me, but also get out there and donate their time, money, and resources to help the people in our community. I have volunteered my time from working at our local Firemen's Picnic, working the school food stand for Track Invitational Tournaments and special functions, volunteering my time and soccer skills to help out local camps and clinics demonstrate proper technique and help coach the young players, and volunteering my time to help run school functions. Community Service is a must in a time where many do not find the time to help others who need the help the most.
