Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to continue playing basketball, it is my passion. I have always been told I am very coachable and know I can contribute a lot to any team that chooses me.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the court I talk to my teammates when they are struggling with confidence and give them positive reinforcement. Off the court I take charge in the classroom when we have to work on group projects.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I work out daily as much as I can. I try to eat healthy and get enough sleep.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteered at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in the NICU and pediatric ED. Also, helped run Liberty HS basketball camps for young children in the summer. I enjoy helping others and teaching kids to play basketball.
