Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would love to run track in college because not only would it benefit me as a student it will help me become a better man as an athlete. I would be the first one in my family to get a college education and run.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I'm a leader on the track and in the classroom. If I see a student who is feeling down I try to do the best I can and make them feel better. I often help others to make sure they can stay out of trouble and get good grades.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
