Soccer Additional

When I imagine a future it includes two things: playing soccer at the highest level possible and getting the best education I can. I've played soccer since I was four years old and it has become a part of me. It has been there for me my whole life and has taught me almost everything I know and has made me who I am today.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

When I imagine a future it includes two things: playing soccer at the highest level possible and getting the best education I can. I've played soccer since I was four years old and it has become a part of me. It has been there for me my whole life and has taught me almost everything I know and has made me who I am today.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Academic Leadership

Grade 8
Chosen by teacher for Provincial Leadership Conference

Grade 9
Participated in Student's Association
Chosen by teacher for Provincial Leadership Conference
Chosen by teacher to speak to Grade 8 class about bullying
Chosen by teacher to give input around inclusivity at Bishop James Mahoney High School

Soccer Leadership
I contribute to my teams by being a positive influence through my words and actions on and off the field.
I have been chosen to participate in other clubs and teams because of my attitude and respect for the coaches, players and the game (USA Cup, World Cup and being invited into the Aurora Club).
I am usually the last one off the field in Junior Huskies Training because I am helping the assistant coaches put equipment away.

I believe that your actions on and off the field should reflect who you are and who you are representing whether that is a school , your city or your country.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Volunteering activities: Saskatoon Food Bank, Bishop's Tea, SaskAbilities, Hollandia Youth Girls U10 soccer team and Light the Night 2016/17 (The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada).
