Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I feel my hard work & dedication has given me the skills allow to earn an opportunity to play hockey at a higher level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the ice leadership roles start the minute you get in the car to heads towards a game or practice. I like to be on time getting on the ice and work the hardest. This allows me to demonstrate expectations and show respect towards my coaches and teammates.

My parents have high expectations of my sister and me. If our neighbor needs the grass cut or snow needs to be removed. I just do it without asking and ask nothing in return.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I have never had a soda in my life. I eat fish and veggies at least 3 times a week and I am slowly learning to like salads. I belong to a gym in the summer time that allows me to work on core strength, and I love to run on the beach as much as possible. In addition to, I love to play any spot outside any time of the ear. Work hard & play harder!..

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
