Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Field Hockey

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been the Secretary and Vice President of my 4-H Rabbit Club and Secretary and President for my 4-H Shooting Sports Club. I am also a certified 4-H Shooting Sports Teen Instructor. I am currently working with my technology teacher to start a high school rocketry club and am currently the Captain of that club.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am a naturally positive person which I think impacts my athletic performance as well as that of my teammates. I try to eat healthy everyday and exercise.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have been a 4-H member since I was 8 years old. I have participated in several community service activities as a 4-H member, including sewing Mediport Pillows for cancer patients and surgical caps for our local children's hospital.
