Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am the co-president and a founder of the group Students Against Sexual Assault at my school.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a member of Action Club, Connect, Students Against Sexual Assault, and the National Honors Society.

The Action Club is dedicated to providing service to our community by helping with events in the community throughout the school year.

Connect is a select group of students chosen by school faculty through and interview process. This group of students are grouped in pairs and are mentors to a group of incoming freshmen during the school year. We are there to provide support and guidance to the freshmen class as they get used to the high school setting.

Students Against Sexual Assault is a group dedicated to educate students about sexual assault. We do this by passing out information out and bringing speakers in to speak at school.
