Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have worked very hard to build my diving skills over the past six years. Diving is a passion of mine and I would like to be able to continue competing at a collegiate level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

During my high school swim and dive career I have helped teach swimming to elementary age children and helped coach the middle school dive team. Off the field, I have worked at a local pizza store for the past two years and currently serve as a shift leader and closing manager.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I train 4-5 days a week, eat a balanced diet, and I don't use tobacco or alcohol products. Staying in top physical condition allows me to perform at a competitive level year round.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have participated in a local mission trip to improve housing for low income families, wood cutting for the homeless, and collected water for the flood victims. Community service is important to me because it teaches valuable life lessons and skills while also helping those who need it most.
