Personal Highlights

I started competing triple and long jump this year in February for the first time in my life , fell in love with it and became Palomares 2018 League Champion for the triple jump and fourth place for long jump as a sophomore. I've scored at least 6 - 10 points each meet for my team with these two events at each league meet. I am an All League winner for 2018 for triple jump and placed 3rd for long jump at the League Finals. Beside from competing in these field events I am also a soccer player in which I have played for more than 11 years.

The sport of soccer has been a passion of mine since a young age. Soccer is a part of my everyday life whether it be training, playing or watching the beautiful game, soccer never stops for me. I began my soccer career at local club Freedom FC before switching to FC Golden State B02 Premier in order to further my soccer development. The first year at the club was difficult but with time, devotion and dedication to improving my game, I became the player that I am today. Throughout the past I have had success at a personal level and team level. I was fortunate enough to have a chance to participate in the IberCup and where I competed against UNAM Pumas and Atletico Madrid, and I also got the chance to play in the 2016 Dallas Cup.

My goal is to play at a high level and to continue my development as a soccer player while obtaining my undergraduate degree. I would like to be involved in a competitive team allowing me to continue my development as a player.

Outside of soccer, I am also a member of Key Club and California Scholarship Federation at my school, and I volunteer at community food banks when I have extra time.

I am a leader on the field and a motivated and dedicated team player. I am looking for a school where I can be an active participant and contributor where I can thrive alongside other student athletes who share my passion, where I can play soccer at the highest and most competitive level. A school where my skills are tested and where I can reach my true potential is also important. I want to have these things while receiving the best education possible.
