Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

When I first began playing lacrosse I fell in love with the game and, I wanted to play it for as long as I can.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was a captain my junior year of high school on my team. I am also the president of the sign language club in my school.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I give myself plenty of rest each night. I rarely eat junk food. I also regularly work out my body.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have done volunteer work at the salvation army serving food to the less fortunate and its important for me because I believe that everyone needs help at some point in their lives.
