First team all conference all three years of high school tennis, Played in state tournaments all three years. My team took 2nd at team state freshman year. Sophomore year my partner and I made individual state and won our first round and lost our second round to the 6th seed. Junior year my partner and I also again made individual state.
I played three doubles freshman year, Played one doubles for most of sophomore year, and played one doubles all of junior year.
Making it to the state tournaments all 3 of my high school tennis seasons. My Freshman year played at team state. My Sophomore year went to individual state. My junior year played at individual state.
I want to be recruited to play college tennis because not only do I want to continue to play the sport I love, I want to continue a family tradition of playing college tennis. My dad played college tennis, my brother is currently playing, and I hope to do the same!
I am one of the captains of my high school team for two years in a row. With that being said, I have quickly assumed a head runner position for my job after just working 4 days.
I keep a healthy performance as a student athlete by keeping my grades high while keeping my tennis game high. School is always first, but at a close second is tennis. I play 5-6 times a week year round to keep my strokes healthy.
I am in service around my community by volunteering to help teach park and recreation tennis to little kids. Not only did I help with that this summer, last year I got the service award for doing thirty hours of community service in one year.
