Most Valuable Match: I was the last match against Farmington and the score was close and in order for my team to win, I couldn’t get pinned, teched, or majored. I was able to pull off a 15-0 win, getting 5 points for my team.
I would like to be able to expand my athletic career while balancing out my academic career. It would be a great opportunity to take my athletic abilities to the next level and compete on a women’s team.
I have been a leader throughout my life and not only in my academic career. I have been captain of numerous different teams and have led both teams to an undefeated season. Also, I participated as a Link Crew Leader, introducing and developing friendships within the incoming freshman students.
I pursue a healthy athletic performance by my successful use of time management. I always put my assignments first but also make sure I have time to focus on becoming a better athlete.
I am involved in my community by actively being involved in sports and working in the community. Throughout my high school career, I have been able to participate in 4 sports: soccer, volleyball, wrestling, and diving. Also, I have a job in the child care center at the rec center near my house. I have participated in Link Crew and I am planning on volunteering at the hospital over the summer. This is important to me because it allows me to expand my knowledge of possible careers that are available to me and could be options for my future.
