Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

It has always been a dream of mine to compete at a college level. I am a hard worker and strive to do my best.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the track, I always help others out when they are having problems with their events or are worried they won't do well in their event. Off the track, I help others by showing them how to do something if they don't know how to do it or help them out if they need it, and I am always motivating my teammates.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

When I am not competing, I'm either doing workouts on the track or I am in the weight room. I constantly exercise and stretch to keep my body refreshed and in the best shape possible.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in service within my community because I volunteer to help out with the middle school track meets by recording results to help the officials and coaches. I also am involved in service by helping the younger athletes improve their abilities by showing them what they could do to improve.
